Interactive wandering, video projection, presence detection, shadow & light

The private mansion on Avenue Montaigne is home to La Galerie Dior, which presents the creations of Christian Dior and his six successors.

In one of its galleries, on the tulle placed in front of the dresses, luminous patterns are projected. They underline some details of the presented creations.

The wanderings of the visitor produce an effect on the lighting of the dresses, the contents of the screens at the back, the projections on the tulle. The presence of the visitor in front of one of the dresses leads to the gradual disappearance of the projected pattern, the lighting of the model, the highlighting of details of the dress on the vertical screens.
